The role:
As an experienced process engineer, you will support significant expansion of our ambient & chilled liquid sauces manufacturing business.
Key responsibilities:
* Optimization of all liquids processes
* Full involvement in all new developments, improvements & investments
* Assessment and improvement of all process disciplines and operational standards
* Setting standards and methods for new product development
* Team-work with colleagues in R&D, Engineering, Operations and QA
Profiel:
Requested expertise, training & experience:
* Degree qualified in processing engineering discipline with, preferably, specific specialization in liquid behavior and control
* Internal and/or external training qualification in food safety and health & safety within a liquids/food manufacturing environment
* Strong affinity & hands-on approach to manufacturing
* Lean methodology and behavior
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Computer Skills: MS Office
* Fluent in English
* Min. 5 to 10 years experience in a liquids/multidiscipline food manu-facturing process engineering role
* Experience in setting up new plants/lines is a plus
* Expertise on packaging & packaging equipment is a plus
* Training and use of all modern manufacturing methodologies and lean practices is a huge plus
* Demonstrated experience in change management and team development is a plus.
