This vacancy is with a large retail organisation.

The main objective of the Commercialisation Team is to establish and enhance relationships with both existing and target brands, and to keep them abreast of the companies growing business. Whilst maintaining the brand image of the company, this function manages and co-ordinates the overall commercialisation effort for each of the Outlet Villages from initial contact through to final negotiation and occupancy. This entails working closely with the retail teams to ensure that the tenant mix provides the customer with a wide and exciting choice of brands.

Administrative Part:

Managing mails, phone calls and commercialisation schedule
Organise travel arrangements for commercialisation team
Provide general administrative support e.g. photocopying, printing, order new business cards…
Maintain filing and archive system
Organise weekly meeting, conference calls for commercialisation team
Create and manage Brand contact database
Translation of commercialisation documents into English or French as required

Operational Part:

Managing the relationship between brand contact and the commercialisation team
Co-ordinate the progress of Commercialisation and remerchandising documentation
Prepare and update brand presentations and updating of brand plan
Create commercialisation reports
Produce minutes of commercialisation meetings
Brand and competition research
Managing monthly turnover analysis and ranking

Coordination Part:

Support the commercialisation team with co-ordinating internal approval procedures
Liaise with legal assistant regarding legal procedure: signatures, BG, insurance, etc…
Collect marketing packs as well as site plans to be sent to brands
Liaise with retail team to share commercialisation information
Organising & assisting at events

Profiel:
Your profile:

Previous experience gained in a administrative /coordination role in a Sales / Commercial department is ideal
Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including over the telephone
Excellent organization skills
Interested in fashion world
Flexible and proactive with initiative
Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, illustrator etc…

Aanbod:
35,000-40,000 Euro p/a depending on experience
