Functieomschrijving
Consolidate all orders between subsidiaries for selected brands. Timely control stocks and coordinate stock exchanges between subsidiaries
* Check related documents and prepare the opening of Letters of Credit
* Ensure timely arrival of shipments from suppliers and provide necessary
* Information to subsidiaries
* Ensure correct total cost price calculation
* Support the preparation custom clearance files for imported goods
* Prepare invoicing for trading platforms
* Liaise with financial department on various topics
* Liaise with selected partners to ensure smooth procurement process (logistics providers, insurance company, suppliers, subsidiaries, etc.)
Profiel:
Administration assistant in Logistics (part time) Accurate and systematic
* Open and communicative
* Good command of Dutch, French and English; German is an asset
* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
* Problem solver
* Enthusiastic and reasonably stress resistant (a job with daily deadlines)
* Can work independently but acts as a team player
