Job description
Collaborating with the project managers you will be fully responsible for the Cost Controlling related to all active projects. You will liaise with the projects' technical responsible to obtain all needed input, for projects' cost control and cost reporting, You will report results and analysis to the Cost Control Manager on due time.

Profiel:
We are looking for a dynamic financial specialist who is used to deal with different and complex situations:
- You have several years of experience as a Cost Controller within the contruction industry.
- You are experienced in handling contractual matters: planning, procurement, sub-contractors and follow-up on projects.
- You are experienced in analytical accountancy, IFRS knowledge is a plus.
- Using your experience and knowledge to understand processes and rules.
- You have the necessary leadership skills and serve as a role model for your team.
- You can place your team success above your individual gain.
- You can as well work independently and manage your own projects and deadlines.
- You can advice and you are service oriented.
