Job description
- You enhance , develop and expand excellent commercial relationship with the customers.
- You identify and attract new customers.
- You organize and collect information in order to have a clear view on changes in the market.
- You visit all potential customers in order to build strong business relationships.
- You defend and strengthen the image of our company so we remain a well-known quality label.
- You manage, follow-up and respond timely and accurately to pricing, service and general information inquiries by customers.
- You monitor commercial behaviour of individual customers, providing correct treatment.
- You constantly monitor, report and take corrective actions as far as payment behaviour is concerned in order to bring down outstandings to a minimum.

Profiel:
- You have several years of airfreight experience
- You have a background in Sales (& Marketing)
- You have a client-focused attitude with very good communication skills
- You have Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access)
- You have a drive to win
