About our client
Michael Page is looking for an Interim Distribution Coordinator Benelux for a short assignment.

Job description
As Distribution Coordinator Benelux (located in Zaventem) you will have
the following responsibilities:
Ensure that the correct stock is available in the warehouse, combining knowledge of short term production plan, stock at plant, stock in transit
Service improvement via processes, systems, reporting, monitoring service levels and data integrity respecting deadlines and targets
Participate and/or support both European and local initiatives to improve costs
Develop and maintain logistics operating procedure
Respect internal and external standards including internal and external audits : perform quarterly tests on distribution
Execute quarterly inventory counts for warehouses; including corrective stock bookings. Explain discrepancies, escalate issues and support projects to prevent major issues from repeating
Systems: Support Europe and other departments by extracting data from SAP and through troubleshooting

Profiel:
Experienced in stock control in a FMCG is a preference
Proven experience in distribution and knowledge of logistical processes is a must
Written and verbal knowledge of Dutch, French and English
Good analytical and communication skills
Logical approach
Knowledge of computer software: MS Office
Excellent knowledge of SAP: specifically Sales and Distribution
