Job description
Today, we are looking to further develop the Antwerp office. Existing for 4 years, this office has started from scratch and has built a sound basis for further development. To ensure this, we are looking for someone to take a leading role to set up the department respnsible for the recruitment of Senior HR roles in the Antwerp and East Flanders market.

We are looking for someone who is seeking to make a difference in a project they truly can call his own. We are looking for people who want to take their career on the fast track and are willing to dedicate them to our project, leaving them with a solid background in business development, sales, interpersonal contact, team spirit, languages and internationalization.

Profiel:
You have 4-5 years experience within an HR role our a Commercial role with an interest in HR. You have a business development mindset and a strong business focus. You have the ability to build your own team and become a leader within our company. Key competences: hard working, strong interpersonal & communication skills.
