About our client
To further support the ambitious growth of our client we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner.

Job description
You will support the HR practices and objectives within a generalist role. You will perform professional level HR work and carry out responsibilities to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a business partner towards the different stakeholders in the assigned business units
- Ensure that the operational HR activities are communicated and delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate training for all the business units in the region
- Recruitment & Selection for the assigned business units
- Manage employee counseling
- Manage the performance management process
- Manage the annual salary review
- Manage the employee survey process
- Ensure that all people practices are in compliance with the internal and external policies
- Assistance within several projects

Profiel:
You have a Master degree with 5 years of experience within a business partnering role. You are handson but you can also oversee the bigger picture. Experience in running training programs and in handling HR employment issues in multiple countries is required. Furthermore you speak Italian and are willing to travel up to 30%.
