For the Belgium division of Martifer Solar, and to help to address their growing number of photovoltaic projects, Green Recruitment is actively looking for a:

Site Manager Electricity

Job Description:
To manage all the issues concerning the AC part of the Solar Plants from A to Z: Coordinate AC works, support the design team, guarantee the quality of the works executed and develop contacts with official entities and subcontractors.

Working with DC designers to analyze the specifics of the project and optimize the economic-technical solution for each PV installation
Provides assistance to the Project Manager by performing the AC preliminary reports of the new sites
To release weekly update reports about all the relevant steps of the AC execution of the sites
To develop the contacts with official entities in all the steps of the process of the PV plant certification
Prepares equipment specifications and request for proposals of AC subcontractors checking and approving design drawings
Assist in commissioning and acceptance testing
Gives support to the O&M department by providing elements for the manuals and as-built files
Gives support to the commercial department, if needed, in AC technical issues
Verify on site the quality of execution of the works in order to allow the internal acceptance

Profiel:
Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent by experience
Passionate about general and renewable energy technology
Focus on realizing projects and able to coordinate several tasks at the same time
Stress resistant and able to work under the pressure of deadlines
Main working tool: Office package and AutoCAD or EPLAN
Punctually and analytical mindset
Knowledge about power distribution (classical -LV, MV, HV-, HVDC,…)
Good communicator who understands the importance of well-organized working methods
Team player with a positive attitude who respects the company values such as respect and honesty
Good language skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus
