Description
• You are responsible over following topics:
o Budgetcontrol
o Customer care
o Service Level Agreement compliancy
o People management of team members
o Quality vs delivery
• You are the customer single point of contact (SPOC) for your department
• You are responsible for all operational activities following agreed commitments
• You will flag possible risks in time and provide all parties with accurate impact reports, solution propositions and overall management
• You manage resources on all service activities
• You define release scopes in collaboration with the customer
• You are responsible for the release management process
• You will provide management reportings to both the customer as well as your employer. You will organize monthly meetings with the customer to possibly flag issues and alter course in the process
• You will plan, supervise and report budget aspects + execution of quality reviews
• You are responsible for making offers in case of extending scope to projects
• You will be a constant driver to your team members
Profiel:
• You possess a Masters degree
• You can look back on at least 2 years of experience in application management roles
• You are ITIL certified on a service level – NO FOUNDATION level
• You come from a customized development environment in full life cycle
• Your technical background/environment is preferably
o Oracle
o .NET
o Java
• You are a proven leader with great people management skills
• You have a strong interest in building long term relationships with clients
• You want to participate in full life cycle projects that are continuously up for updates/improvement/expansions
• You posses a helicopterview but you can get into details when called for
• You diversify yourself trough your positive thinking and proactive mentality
