Objectives:

To work within a team of consultants on various projects around sustainability, energy management and green building.

Main Tasks:

Develop the practice and support the growth of the firm by detecting opportunities in sustainability and corporate responsibility services (including proposal redaction and lient prospection).

Development of carbon footprint tool for different industries.

Development and quantification of carbon and cost reduction action plan.

Green building certification (Breeam, Leed…).

Development of energy and climate dashboard (KPI definition).

Oral and written presentation (powerpoint and report redaction).

Point of view redaction on climate change and sustainability.

Training and conference organization.

Profiel:
You have a university degree (engineered or scientific).

You have at least 4 years of related successful work experience in sustainability and energy management.

You have an intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills.


You have got a good knowledge in sustainability drivers.

You have a strong knowledge of the climate Politics and measures taken at the EU, national and regional level.

You have capacity to identify main client strategic goals & their related initiatives.

You have strong ability to translate client operational model in a documented process.

You have acquired good knowledge in various domains around sustainability and energy management/efficiency like: green building, building isolation techniques, cogeneration, renewable energy, HVAC.

You are a team player with strong communication & facilitation skills.

You have good negotiation and commercial skills.

You are open to work in an international environment and to work abroad if needed.

You are fluent in English, Dutch and French. Additional languages are a plus.
