We are looking for an ambitious Analog Design Engineer for our Development Organization, to drive further growth.
He/She will realize innovative energy-efficient design solutions.

Accountabilities:

You will start in the Tessenderlo development team as a junior analog design engineer.
Coached by a senior design engineer, you will learn to plan and design moderate to complex ICs, within the agreed product specification and project planning.
After the design phase, you provide the necessary guidance to the layouter in order to jointly achieve the optimal match of the design & layout aspects for the product.
In a final step of the product development cycle, you will participate in evaluation and characterization of prototype units and collaborate with the test engineer to ensure that the design can be efficiently and fully tested.
As you work on different projects and technologies, you will build up core skills as well as business knowledge.
Your performance is monitored, assessed and rewarded and you will have an individual development plan based on your competencies and interests.

Profiel:
- Academic Engineering degree in electronics
- Experience in analog microelectronics design is an asset
- Fluency in English
- Maximum five years of experience
- Commercial affinity and listening skills
- Business skills learning potential
- You are prepared to travel and to work internationally
