We are looking for an EMC Development Engineer in Melexis Tessenderlo to drive further growth.
He/She will be responsible to coordinate the design for EMC activities and support our project team in order to improve the Electromagnetic Compatibility of the innovative products developed by Melexis for all kind of application areas.

Accountabilities

In your position you will be the central contact to all project teams to steer their designs to EMC compliance by applying EMC knowledge, modeling and testing. You will focus on the circuit level without losing the global view.
You will collaborate with other Melexis experts in this field in order to spread EMC knowledge and awareness throughout the organization and make the EMC performance of the Melexis products to one of its competitive strengths.
You will also be a key contributor to the development and validation of novel EMC-robust standard circuit blocks and novel EMC modeling techniques and tools.

Profiel:
- Have a few years of IC design experience including post-layout simulations
- Have an in-depth knowledge of both top-level and circuit-level EMC design techniques
- Have an in-depth knowlegde of IC-level EMC measurement techniques
- Have a basic inderstanding of the automotive EMC field
- Have a basic understanding of design for EMC merhods on PCB level
- Have a working knowledge of Microelectronics Process Technology and Integrated Circuit Device Characteristics
- Be able to translate academic research results into useful design guidelines and tools

Requirements

- Master in Electronics
- Good level of English
- Multi-cultural Team Culture.
