Delivery Team Lead in Brussel

Taken:
Lead all delivery processes and staff, supervise the implementation of the solutions developed and/or deployed by the company. Guaranteeing all operations, warehousing and logistics activities in the project are executed efficiently and the expected service level.

Responsabilities:
1. Proactively manage and monitor the design of the delivery plans to be implemented during projects, activities to execute and deliverables.
2. Define the proper organization, resource requirements, hard and soft skills required of the resources, to deliver the project.
3. Setting reasonable, challenging and, clear expectations and objectives for people, holding them accountable for meeting the expectations. This includes evaluation and feedback of team member performance.
4. Supervise dimensioning and design of field operations, training plan and support plan for each project.
5. Supervise selection and management of providers.
6. Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
7. Monitor and manage internal and external customer satisfaction
8. Coordinate delivery process documentation usage and improvements, lessons learned action plans implementation and guarantee best practices are implemented in the different delivery areas.

Profiel:
• Professional Bachelor: Electronics- ICT /Master in Industrial Sciences:Electronics-ICT
• Project Management
• Min. 8 years in operations warehousing management/call center of technology related areas
• Financial and budget management
• Statistical analysis and Documentation
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills; Capable to train others
• Effective problem solving skills and work under pressure
• Capable of interact with technical and logistical staff from clients
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities
• Good negotiations skills
• Ideally Dutch native speaker with good knowledge of French and English
• Extensive travel (US Visa is highly recommended) and immediate availability
